In our part of Suffolk the transmission rate of Corona virus infection is minimal. Nevertheless, we are taking it very seriously. We understand that the health, safety and well-being of our guests and staff are paramount whilst co-existing with COVID-19
We have a duty of care to all and have developed new ways of working based on advice and guidance provided by the government, industry bodies and safety consultants
A full COVID risk assessment has been carried out and is reviewed regularly
All employees have full COVID health & safety training
All employees retrained in the correct frequency and method for effective hand washing
Enhanced cleaning regimes implemented using chemicals effective against viruses
Wellness checks done daily for all staff including temperature taking
Reviewed layout to ensure sufficient space between tables to allow social distancing
Hand sanitising stations installed
Increased ventilation of inside areas by keeping doors open where and when possible
All menus and napkins are single use
Tables are laid in advance so as little changes hands as possible
High and friendly level of service maintained whilst tables visited less often
Wine/water bottles placed on the table for you to help yourselves
We ask you not to smoke directly out-front of the restaurant please keep minimum 2 meters away from the front door if you must
